What is a beverage animal?

  • A trained animal to greet guest at your event.

  • A trained animal to carry drinks or small treats in their saddle baskets.

  • A trained animals to add add charm, interaction, and add a fun photo opp. to weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings.


What types of beverages can they carry

Typically bottles or cans such as beer, seltzers, sodas, water, individual wine/champagne bottles, party favors or small snacks. What ever items YOU PROVIDE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE DRINKS OR ITEMS DISTRIBUTED AT YOUR EVENT.


Do the animals come with handlers?

Yes, one handler and helper work with well-trained animals accustomed to crowds, cameras, and event environments. Our handlers are certified servers in the state of Wisconsin.


Most bookings run 1-hour, typically during cocktail hour or guest arrival.

How long do they stay?


All animals poop and pee but we catch it all! With the use of our potty bags, we collect all waste in the moment and you will never know when it happens.

Do they make a mess?


Do they require special venue accommodations?

First is first, check with your venue provider that our special guests can attend your bash. We require an outdoor space with ample room for quests and animals to mingle. Some of our animals can go inside, but would prefer to be outside.

We do ask that there is room for trailer parking.

Booking Policies

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

Deposit Policy

The remaining balance of your booking is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Payments already made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be eligible for partial refund depending on cancellation timing (see below).

Client - initiated cancellations, refund eligibility is determined by how far in advance the event is cancelled, more than 90 days - refund of all payments except the non-refundable deposit, 30-90 days - 25% of payments beyond deposit, less than 30 days-no refund.

Date change requests are subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, this counts as a cancellation, and the above refund policy applies.

Vendor-initiated cancellation, if the vendor must cancel due to illness, emergency or circumstance beyond control, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

Unforeseen Events, incase of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or other events outside either party’s control, payments may be transferred to a new date (if available)

Unforeseen Events

  • The client is responsible for selecting a back up plan or alternate location in case of inclement weather.

  • The vendor reserves the right to halt or modify services if weather conditions create a safety risk to our staff or animals.

  • Weather related delays are not considered vendors fault

  • Vendor will make reasonable efforts to adjust the schedule, but additional time may incur overtime fees.

  • If extreme weather makes the event unsafe or impossible to perform, the vendor will: transfer all payments to a rescheduled date if vendor is available or issue refunds as defined in the general cancellation.

  • If unsafe travel conditions prevent the vendor from reaching the event location, the vendor will notify the client as soon as possible, a full refund will be provided.

  • Once services have started, no refunds will be issued due to weather changes, delays, or disruptions beyond the vendors control.
